Tintin has described the BET award winner Sarkodie as ungrateful for blasting the media with the mixtape ‘Free Press’ in his reply song released earlier this week. The song, which advises sarkodie to make use of his publicist instead of depending on the media to publish, stories on his numerous shows outside the country. “If he can afford to take his family to a show why can’t take his publicist to such shows; he asked? Tintin has received a lot of response with a section of Sarkodie’s fans attacking him on social networks for making such a song to make the rap star unpopular while others think the ‘kumkumcha man want attention.
“A section of upcoming artiste would have loved to enjoy the publicity Sarkodie is enjoying but they say the fingers are not the same. It is surprising Sarkodie can blast the media of not supporting their own. Where would he sarkodie be if it wasn’t for these DJs, Bloggers, Promoters who spend sleepless nights promoting Ghanaian music hence his music all over the world.” Tintin stated that he is not out to ‘diss’ obidi but to let him know if he doesn’t know he being ungrateful to the GH media. Though the media some time exaggerate but do have to call the names? He urged The GH media to keep on supporting upcoming acts as there are more to come for the industry. Do you think he's right?
