The drama has since reversed between Dr. Luke and Kesha, it is no longer the case of sexual assault claims by Kesha over Dr. Luke, rather another lawsuit has ensued and this time it seems in may be in the favor of Dr. Luke.
According to the reports obtained from TMZ, it states that Dr. Luke has filed a lawsuit against the singer , Kesha's Mom "Pebe Sebert" saying that all legal charges against him by the singer and her mom were false and defamatory , and that they were all plot to lure him into establishing a better record deal with Kesha.
It said further, that last on Tuesday when Dr Luke filed the charges, he is seeking for $75,000 as compensatory damages and punitive damages over the wrong accusation leveled against him by Kesha and her mom 'Pebe Sebert'.
It also said that Dr Lke has worked with the likes of katy Perry, Rihanna, Avril Lavigne, and this kind of report hasn't been filed by any of these mentioned stars, how come it was just her that experiences this kind of sexual assault. Finally the report said that both Kesha and Pebe Sebert have admitted under oath that the rape charge was falsely claimed.
But in the words of Kesha's attorney, it reads thus;
“It’s absolutely the only reason, I mean, explain why on a Tuesday when we file the lawsuit, three hours later they go into a New York court with what I can best describe as an amateurish lawsuit, hatefully filed in a desperate attempt to once again blame the victim,” said the attorney at the time of the original suits.
At moment, I don't seem to know who's fooling who right here, but I believe that sooner or later the real truth shall surface.
