Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe is giving advice to ladies who are not yet married, she said there is no need to rush into marriage and time should be taken to find the right person. The actress also spoke on being happy in a marriage;
“Ladies should take their time before getting married...at whatever age or time you get married, the most important thing is to find your life partner because the truth is that when you find the right person, you just have to be happy. It’s when you are happy that you can be useful to your society and be productive” The mother of two went on to say the devil is taking it personal to attack marriages and the problems that come with marriages are not exclusive to celebrities alone;
“Maybe because marriage is an institution ordained by God, it is going through a lot of things. So, I feel the devil is taking it personal to attack marriages; be it celebrity or not. Marital problems are not synonymous with you being a celebrity or not. I just felt it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed”
Stating further, the sultry actress said no matter the challenges that comes with being married, one should be able to cope with it and use the best of everything as marriage is not always a bed of roses. Do you quite agree with Mercy on this one right here? Send us your comments
She's very right in that, I think couples should always envision marriage as an institution that is filled with Twists and Turns, and therefore strive to stand firm in times of shaky moments to avoid giving-in to divorce, which is harbinger of total disillusionment....
