According to TMZ, a renowned New York rapper 'Busta Rhymes' on Friday nose-dived into the crowd at a concert in the Big Apple as he made a guest appearance, but it was quite unfortunate that the people there side-stepped from his big heavy weight which led to him hitting his head hard on the ground and there was blood gushing out of his forehead.

As soon as this happened, Busta then went backstage to get cleaned up from the mess, and was never spotted back into the concert ground, but he has reported on his Twitter social network that he's pretty cool and he's in stable health condition, even though he had a cut on his face.
