Yesterday, Fergie looked practically flawless as she headed to LAX rocking a black Rodarte jersey and short shorts to go with her thigh high leather boots. Too hot to trot!

The 39-year-old pop star has been the best mommy she could be to her son Axl but has since entered the "writing phase" of her second studio album with Black Eyed Peas bandmate will.i.am. It appears she's further along in the process than we thought as she recently released a snippet of her new song, L.A. Love (La La).
