Millie Mackintosh as you've never seen her before: Star is unrecognisable in old fur campaign

We're used to seeing Millie Mackintosh showing off her slim bikini body in a range of fashionable ensembles looking every bit the stunning model, so we were really shocked when we saw this photoshoot from way back at the star of her career.

The former reality star fronted The London Fur Company's campaign, and it's only when looking back at these old snaps that we realise how much she's changed. Modelling a series of vintage fur coats, Professor Green's wife shows off her flawless complexion with minimal make-up on, and natural curly hair. Campaigners are sure to be unimpressed with the shoot, showing Millie glamourising wearing fur - albeit vintage. Leading group PETA asks that vintage fur coats be donated to its animal rights organisation as educational aids and not worn or glamorised.

In the past model Millie has been open with her love of wearing fur, sharing pictures of herself in a jack rabbit fur-lined jacket and a duffle coat with military buckles and fur edging.

She was even slammed by former Made In Chelsea star Lucy Watson for wearing rabbit. In these dated snaps, Millie is shown running up to the Ritz and peering behind her as she goes, a world away from more recent politically correct modelling shoots she's been fronting. The toned stunner even flashes her washboard abs in a tight white t-shirt at one point, but we can't help feeling shocked whenever we look at that innocent expression.
