The rumor right now has it that Ellen DeGeneres may be splitting with her wife 'Portia Rossi' after a little fight they had on their way to the Animal Charity Fundraiser which took place in Santa Monica on Sunday. This fight may have ensued following an argument which then led to battle of words, and finally they got to cancel the event which they're already set off to.
According to New York's Post, it reads The couple ""were in the car on the way, when they had an epic fight" and "ended up turning around,"
The source told the newspaper that, "Reporters were told they were on their way, until the head of the charity informed everyone at the end of the event that they weren't going to make it due to "logistics.'"
But the daytime talk show host and the Arrested Development actress are shooting down the reports saying in a statement, "We were happy to lend our names as honorary chairs and the organization was always aware that we would be unable to attend.
We think it's a bit odd they would say they would attend when the charity put out a flier with their faces on it, inviting guests to join the power couple at the daytime soiree. But the couple is also claiming that they did not approve the images, adding, "This is the first time we have seen our images attached to the invite. It was not approved and it is misleading."
Ellen's lawyer Marty Singer also refuted the claim in a statement, saying, "The story is a complete lie. My client told the organizer they never agreed nor planned to attend the event. There was no fight that caused them not to attend."
I think with the latest report of feud happening between these couple, they may be heading for the Split anytime soon.
