At Thursday's event for Australia's Next Top Model, Alessandra wowed in a black top and flare mini-skirt set with pointy black heels. On the red carpet Alessandra spoke about her experience as a mentor to the newest crop of young models. 'They improved from the minute they got in front of the camera until we got them to where we wanted them,' the brunette beauty shared.
'Believe in yourself, show your personality. You might be nervous or stiff, but use what you have. Study yourself, show your best features,' she said, adding: 'To be a top model you have to be almost perfect.'
