British Commission Still Probes Winner Chapel Financial Status In The United Kingdom

The probe on Winner's Chapel Church owned by 'Bishop David Oyedepo' in the UK is still on-going by the British Commission following the financial information that they obtained .

According to report from the Commission's spokeswoman 'Sarah Hitchings' that the CC, which is a governmental agency in the UK that is responsible for registering eligible Charity establishments in the UK, is trying to review the financial status of the Church based on the Charity, and do not have right over any kind of investigation on the Church as an organisation.


She further stated that , the Commission has met with the trustees of the Winner's Chapel and  they have also confirmed that they do not have any regulatory interest over the reputation of the management of the charity, but the only interest they have is on the financial details that is provided them with by the Charity.

At them meantime, they cannot give any statement or report further on the details of the case, until every investigation concerning the financial status of the charity as was supplied to them is concluded.
