The Nigerian Senate President 'David Mark' has ordered the immediate locked up of the National Assembly complex until Tuesday the 25th of November, 2014, sequel to the drama that was put across there this morning, in which the Speaker of the House of Representatives and other lawmakers were used tear-gas in order to prevent them from gaining entrance into the hallow chambers.
The Senate President just made this announcement few minutes ago at the senate plenary session. To this effect, the Inspector General of Police has been ordered to appear before the National Assembly to inform them on exactly what led to this drama this morning.
