Prophet TB Joshua of the 'Synagogue Church of All Nations' is seeking for court injunction from the Lagos High Court Ikeja, against the coroner inquest on his church by Lagos state government over the the possible cause of the church building's collapse that got over 116 persons killed on September, 12th, 2014.
TB Josuha who reportedly filed this appeal through his Attorney 'Olalekan Ojo, also pleaded with the court to state that his invitation to appear as a witness before the coroner was a breach of his right to fair hearing, stating that no case has so far been leveled against him before the coroner.
It was reported that TB Joshua was supposed to appear before the coroner yesterday being 21st Nov, but had earlier asked them through his counsel to suspend the proceedings until a verdict is given by the court over the case he had already filed against them, that must be granted hearing on the 3rd of December.
Meanwhile, the coroner Magistrate O.A Komlafe has declined his request, stating that no court document has been served to him as regards to TB Joshua's claim.
