Nigerian mega music artiste D'banj , the newest Ambassador of Apple Company on Beats by Dre, has been dragged to court by a high technology company 'MindHub Technologies Ltd, over alleged two debt cases of $240,000 and N15,000,000 owed to its company by the music artiste.
MindHub Technologies states that since last year, the only amount they've received from D'banj is N8,600,000 out of the N15,000,000, while nothing has been paid to them at all from the said $240,000.
It further stated that the most problematic situation here is that the artiste sometime ago issued a bounced check to them, and till this moment, he hasn't shown up as to talk terms with them concerning his actions.
Therefore, the company reserves no right anymore other than to sue him, because he's been out of the country for a long time, and it is through his lawyers that its case against him is pressed, and it is right sitting awaiting at the Lagos High Court, pending when it shall resume hearing.
