The All Progressive Congress (APC) has fielded former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to be the running mate of Rtd General Muhammadu Buhari for the position of Vice President in the 2015 February 14, Presidential election.
This resolution by the South West zonal area of the APC over the choice of Tinubu has since the announcement created an air of disaffection within the Party.
As it stands right now, no other candidate has been selected ahead of Tinubu, and the National Working Committee led by the APC Chairman, John Odigie Oyegun may have endorsed him to be a running mate of General Buhari, the APC's Presidential candidate come 2015 general elections.
