Cameroon Forces Freed A German Held Hostage By Boko Haram

The Cameroonian armed forces yesterday being Wednesday, the 21st of January 2014, officially announced the release of a German who has been held hostage by the Boko Haram terrorists since the last six months now.

The Cameroonian military in collaborations with some other nation yesterday under their joint task force made a tremendous feat in securing the successful release of a German man, Nitsch Eberhard Robert.

As a matter of fact, the President of Cameroon as well as the German foreign ministry had earlier confirmed this statement to be true. Nitsch Eberhard was abducted by Boko Haram terrorists in July 2014 in the Nigerian territory, and since then, he has been kept under siege until the successful intervention of the Cameroonian forces yesterday being Tuesday, while the statement about his freedom was made public today.
