David Haines beheading: Latest updates as ISIS release footage showing execution of British hostage

David Haines' murder comes after the beheading of two American journalists by ISIS, Jim Foley and Steven Sotloff. David Cameron will host a Cobra meeting in Downing Street this morning. The COBRA meeting continues in Downing Street. The emergency meeting is being held by the Government to consider its response to the murder of British aid worker David Haines.
