Jay Z And Beyonce Are Very Interested In Buying This $85 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

After leasing a sweet $45 million pad in Bel-Air over the summer for a reported $50k a week, Jay Z and Beyonce are reportedly looking to purchase a nearby Beverly Hills mansion -- for a whopping $85 million! The supercouple has toured the home several times in the last few months, according to report gathered, and though they have yet to make an offer, the pad does seem pretty perfect for them!


The 23,000-square-foot mansion sits in the Trousdale Estates section of Beverly Hills on a .96 acre lot, and the amenities are as ridiculous as the price tag. There's a pool, fireplaces and amazing views, but the wine storage room is bigger than most one-bedroom apartments, there's a candy shop in a hallway leading to a rec room, and there are multiple dining areas both inside and out.

According to listing info, the goal was to "develop a house that incorporates all the very best that California has to offer ... It is a unique achievement, a full redefinition of today's luxury home." They aren't kidding .
