General overseer of the Synagogue church of All Nation, Prophet T.B Joshua, has taken to his social media page through a press release, to reach out to Christian faithful that he is going through hard times which he sees as a test. Based on the tragic collapsed guest house of the church, Prophet T.B Joshua, disclosed that since the incident the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, its members and partners, have worked in collaboration with the Nigerian, South African and other nations’ authorities to ensure that survivors are rescued, attended to with the best medical treatment.
“Hard times may test me, they cannot destroy me,” TB Joshua said,
adding, “To withstand hard times, stand with Christ. When you face
trials, hard times, you can count it all joy if you add faith.” He
denied rumours making the rounds that his team were not cooperating with
other agencies towards providing credible information about the
incident. "It is very sad that inaccurate reports are coming from some
quarters that we are not cooperating with the rescue teams and other
agencies in collating information and providing assistance on the
incident. Contrary to this, we want to categorically state that the
church has provided assistance when and where required and continues to
do so - good Christians are good citizens.
Recall that on Friday,
September 12, 2014, at about 12:44pm, one of the buildings on The SCOAN
property unexpectedly collapsed, tragically resulting in death and
injury.
