Commissioner For Agriculture Rivers State Charges National Union Of Ikwere Students For Voting Credible Politicians In 2015 Elections

 Commissioner for Agriculture in Rivers State, Hon. Emmanuel Chinda yesterday welcomed the National Union of Ikwere Students who paid him a solidarity visit in his office.

The Commissioner enjoined the students to use their union as a positive tool to champion the course of equity in the Governorship zoning in the state. He further stated that for the past eight years Rivers State has been governed by two Ikwere Sons, in the person of Omehia and Amaechi.


He explained that the Ikwere people are lovers of justice, and that it will be sheer greed for the Ikwere clan to continue as the leader of the state. He then said that 2015 is the time for other tribes or clan to produce the next governor of River state.

Hon Emmanuel Chinda, also urged the students never to follow those who try to rubbish the leadership achievements of Governor Chibuike Amaechi, as such persons does not mean well for the state, for they can only spell doom.

He finally implored the students to vote politicians with impeccable characters, upright in handling of state affairs, Competent and people-oriented visions, so that the future of the Rivers State people can be secured for the better.
