Joe Jackson Is ‘No longer A Part Of The JACKSON'S Family'

He’s the patriarch of the most famous family in music history — the architect of the Jackson Five, Janet Jackson and, of course, the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. His progeny include nine living children, 30 grandchildren and countless great-grandchildren. Yet Joe Jackson, 86, is not living out his golden years surrounded by the fruits of his labor or his loins. Instead, the man who ruled his brood with an iron fist and icy demeanor is frail and alone. The once-proud music manager lives humbly in a furnished 1,000-square-foot $500,000 condo in a gated community close to the Stratosphere Casino in Las Vegas. Framed photos of his famous children adorn shelves, a coffee table and a nightstand, but he almost never sees their faces at his front door.

“No one has really taken the time to as much as ask about his well-being,” a family insider said last week. “Don’t get me wrong. Joe is OK. He gets around, travels a lot, but he’s no longer a part of the family.” In a rare display of vulnerability and even rarer emotion, Jackson opened up about his lonely life in a post to his Web site a few weeks ago. “When I suffered four strokes last year and was in the hospital recovering, only two people in my family traveled all the way to see me,” he wrote. “My granddaughter Brandi [Jackie Jackson’s daughter] and my baby girl, Janet. “She sat right next to me as I lay in bed, and she spent time with me. We were talking a lot together and it meant a lot to me.” Jackson freely expressed his love and admiration for his superstar daughter — something insiders say he never did while his kids were growing up.

“I never tell [her] this, but I am proud of Janet,” he said.

Family insiders said Jackson never even allowed his kids to call him Dad, Daddy or Father; they were ordered to simply call him Joseph. “I taught them to be tough,” Jackson explained to The Post in a recent phone interview. “We raised them in a tough neighborhood [in Gary, Ind.], where other kids were in gangs and getting into drugs. I didn’t want them to be soft.”
He stubbornly maintains he has no regrets. “Not at all. I don’t live that way.”  Michael Jackson, who died five years ago at age 50, frequently complained that his father physically abused him. He famously told Oprah Winfrey that the sight of his father made him throw up, and many close to the family believe Jacko’s extensive plastic surgery was a desperate effort to undo his resemblance to papa Joe.
Photo Below Is The Jackson 5 —Michael, Marlon, Tito, Jermaine, and Jackie — with their parents Katherine and Joe in 1971

In her 1991 memoir, La Toya Jackson, 58, wrote that her father beat his children and molested her and sister Rebbie. “When your father gets out of bed with your mother and gets into bed with his daughter and you hear the mother saying, ‘No, Joe, not tonight. Let her rest. Leave her alone, she’s tired,’ that makes you crazy,” La Toya wrote. Rebbie, now 64, claimed at the time of the book’s release that she was not raped, but when interviewed later for a planned book of her own, she said, “Joseph did inappropriately touch me.”  While Joe Jackson and 84-year-old wife Katherine have never divorced, the two have lived apart for several years. In addition to the 10 children he fathered with his wife, Jackson sired at least one other child, Joh’Vonnie Jackson, with another woman. Even to this day, he calls himself “The Hawk” for his propensity to spot and seduce much younger women, according to family members. Jackson said he took advantage of an opportunity to see four of his sons perform last year in Las Vegas, where he was temporarily joined by Katherine and comedian Eddie Murphy.
During the show, Jermaine, Jackie, Tito and Marlon honored their father by shining a spotlight on him and thanking him from the stage.

Still, he feels betrayed by children who shun him and ignore him in his time of need, his associates say. While Katherine receives more than $1 million annually from Michael Jackson’s estate, Joseph was completely left out of his son’s will. Since Michael’s death, he has scrounged for cash, once even selling perfume at a Las Vegas strip mall. But even that venture soon went south. Because the perfume line contained his late son’s image, the mall shut down the operation until Joe Jackson could provide proof he had the legal right to sell products. He never did. Jackson also charges $50,000 appearance fees to whomever will bite, though there are few takers.
“There’d be no Jackson Five, no Michael, no Janet without him,” said a friend of the Jackson patriarch. “He shouldn’t have to call any of them. They should have enough respect and feel an obligation to come out and see how he’s doing. The man did have a series of strokes — and whatever it is that they are holding against him, they need to get over it.” But his heavy hand remains indelibly imprinted upon the family.

Even while married and into their 20s, the Jackson brothers couldn’t escape their father’s physical anger. On several occasions, Katherine intervened when Joseph took after one of his famous sons with a belt, insiders said. “They are grown now, Joe. They are stars. They have fans,” she would chastise. “What are you going to do with a belt?” Joseph’s relentless aggression pushed many of his children into early marriages and doomed relationships as they fled his control, family insiders said. “Why there were no expressions of love? Even after Michael died, the world saw Joe using that sad time to promote himself. It’s a lesson for everyone that children remember everything, and now Joe is suffering the consequences,” one insider said. “The phone never rings. The doorbell is always quiet.”

Oops!! Joe Jackson is such a funny guy, come on, wow! how in the World does he feel this is the best way to live? Joe is pretty old, and he still acts this way, funny huh? Your guess is as good as mine.. What do you think of him?

Boko Haram---Kill Scores In Captured Towns In Nigeria

Kano (Nigeria) (AFP) - Boko Haram gunmen have killed scores of residents in a Nigerian town on the border with Cameroon that they captured in recent raids, witnesses told AFP on Saturday. The militants seized Gamboru Ngala earlier this week after taking over military and police facilities in a fierce gun battle which forced thousands of residents across the border into Cameroon. The residents fled to Fotokol for fear of attack by the Islamists, despite being told they were only after security personnel and local vigilantes. "They are now killing people like chickens," said Sidi Kyarimi, a Gamboru resident who fled to Fotokol on Friday. "They started by selective killings and later went on a killing spree." Among those killed included the town's highest Muslim cleric and the head of its traders' union, he said.

"They threaten to kill anybody who refuses to leave the town. They say we don't belong," he added. The insurgents were roaming the streets of the town carrying guns and machetes, shooting and hacking to death residents, said Yusuf Sanda, who also fled to Fotokol. "They have been breaking into homes and shops and looting them," he said. "Initially they said we were free to stay or leave but now they are saying all residents should leave the town because it is now an Islamic Caliphate."
Sanda said he escaped to Fotokol by wading through the shallow river on the border because it was too dangerous to walk the streets with the insurgents on the prowl.

Boko Haram has in recent weeks seized territory in northern Borno state near the border with Cameroon in an apparent move to carve out a state for themselves. In a video obtained by AFP last weekend, Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau declared the town of Gwoza, which his men captured earlier this month, as part of an Islamic caliphate. Boko Haram now controls at least three districts in Borno state and at least one each in Yobe and Adamawa states. The military has maintained that Nigeria's sovereignty is intact and denied reports that soldiers fled the Boko Haram assault in Gamboru Ngala into Cameroon. Borno, Yobe and Adamawa have been under a state of emergency since May last year but despite some initial gains, the military has been unable to stem increasing violence, particularly in remote regions. Madagali, a predominantly Christian town in the north of Adamawa state, was the latest to fall in the hands of Boko Haram after they chased out troops. Scores of Christians were killed in the town and many Christian women were allegedly forced to convert to Islam and marry insurgents, according to the spokesman for the Roman Catholic diocese of Maiduguri. "Christian men were caught and beheaded, the women were forced to become Muslim and were taken as wives to the terrorists," Father Gideon Obasogie alleged. "The houses of Christians that have fled are now occupied by the Haramists. Their cars are used by the terrorists. Strict Sharia law had been promulgated", he added in an emailed statement.

Photo below are children and some women that are living in fear of these dreaded Islamist terrorist "Boko Haram"

There was no independent confirmation of Obasogie's claims due to poor phone networks in the remote region and the mass exodus of residents. This is very terrible, I hope that God will deliver these Children from the gory hands of these terrorists.. Send us your comment.

Obama, Wife, and Daughters attends Personal Chef's Wedding...

POCANTICO HILLS, N.Y. (AP) — President Barack Obama on Saturday temporarily set aside the pressures of trying to calm the world's trouble spots and assumed the role of spectator for something more joyous: the wedding of the Obama family's longtime chef and friend.,Chef Sam Kass and MSNBC host Alex Wagner were tying the knot at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a farm-to-table restaurant in Pocantico Hills, just north of New York City. Obama and Kass have a close relationship, which Obama highlighted earlier this month by spending several hours at dinner at Kass' apartment amid the turmoil in Iraq, Ukraine and Ferguson, Missouri. It's long been said that time is a president's most precious commodity. That Obama would spend five hours at Kass' home on one of the aide's final evenings as a bachelor was a testament to their bond.

Obama's rounds of golf are often his only other outings that last as long — and those games sometimes include Kass. Obama, his wife, Michelle, and their daughters, Malia and Sasha, attended the ceremony and reception at the restaurant, which is a favorite of both Kass and Mrs. Obama. The first lady hosted the spouses of world leaders there in 2010. Obama wore a dark suit, and Mrs. Obama and their daughters each wore sleeveless black dresses. The first family spent about six hours at the wedding. Obama had no known role, other than to give his best to the bride and groom. The union of Kass, 34, and Wagner, 36, also served to highlight what some contend is too much togetherness between the media and the people they report on. Naturally, the guest list was expected to include staff from both the White House and the liberal-leaning cable news outlet, with people from both sides breaking bread at the same dinner table. Kass began preparing meals for the Obamas when the family lived in Chicago and the Obamas persuaded him to join them at the White House. He is now among the Obamas' longest-serving aides.Besides preparing the family's meals most weeknights, Kass also serves as senior nutrition policy adviser and executive director of the first lady's anti-childhood obesity initiative.

It's not unusual for presidents, including Obama, to attend or participate in weddings. Obama hosted a Rose Garden wedding last October for Pete Souza, the president's chief official photographer. In June 2012, Obama, his wife, daughters and mother-in-law attended the Chicago wedding of the daughter of White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. In May 2008, George W. Bush was in office when his daughter, Jenna, married at the family ranch in Crawford, Texas. Bill Clinton was best man for his brother, Roger, in March 1994. Ronald Reagan and his wife, Nancy, participated in the August 1984 wedding of their daughter Patti Davis. Reagan spoke one line in the ceremony. He responded "Her mother and I do" when asked who would give away the bride.

Wow! this is a presidential wedding. Lucky Kass, I must say. Don't you think he's very fortunate?

DJ Exclusive Says "Fans Pour Alcoholic Saliva on Me at Clubs"

Wave making Nigerian disc Jockey, Rotimi Alakija better known as Dj Exclusive, has narrated that one of the things he does not like about fans is that they easily conclude that an entertainer is a bad person all because you did not attend to them while busy.
The handsome disc Jockey explained that as a DJ, it is not easy to satisfy everybody because lots of creativity is needed just to keep the fans going.

He stated that what annoys him most is that some of the fans will be talking to a DJ and their alcoholic saliva will be all over the DJ’s face all in a bid to get his attention forgetting that there is a headset on his ear. He urged fans to be more polite in their attitude instead of embarrassing a DJ, adding that it will be better if they can put it into writing with a paper or send it via text, rather than the ill manner approach. Oh! this kinda sound nasty, what do you say about this?

Tiwa Savage looks Pretty Cool On Denim Short Gown

Tiwa Savage in a denim mini dress from the Agbani Darego collection. Tiwa Savage (popularly known as the first lady of Mavin Records), stepped out in this denim piece from the Agbani Darego collection for a friend’s birthday celebration last week. I don’t believe this dress is doing the right, if any favors for her. I know we have been on the “denim craze” since 2013. Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé and Rihanna have been spotted in some denim outfits lately and this has helped keep the trend going for others.

This particular denim mini dress has a junior-type feel to it. The length first off is pretty short, the belt in the middle is just unattractive, while the exposed zipper and pockets aren’t cute either. The dress plus the messy waves just don’t mesh well. She is a mature entertainer who normally carries herself elegantly, but this look drains her out and is boring. Maybe it would have looked better if the dress had some more length to it, we got rid of the juvenile belt and her hair was packed up in a sleek look. Kudos to Joyce Jacobs for the makeup, because it’s the only thing I like about this photo.
She looks pretty cool. Is she not?

Movie On Ebola is Released to Mock Nigerians

As Nollywood strives to position itself among the likes of Hollywood and Bollywood, producers still give fans lots of questions to ask on ‘smuts we joke with everything that happens to us or why do make-up that are not worth the story' and many questions alike. With the recent outbreak of the Ebola virus, many would have expected that the issue could have died down a bit before Nollywood producers could settle down to write quality scripts to tell the story of the virus. But fans have been left asking questions like ‘what is the meaning of this.’ While celebrated film maker, Tunde Kelani is currently shooting a short film aimed at raising awareness as regards the Ebola virus, recently, a movie is reportedly released into the Nigerian market with the title, ‘Ebola, The Blood on African Soil’ which was produced by Samuel Ofori. What shocks many Nigerians is that, how will someone just wake up and prepare a sudden script about a sensitive issue just to make money out of it. Well, to many, it could be a hilarious movie and is this the right time for that?

The said movie which talks about the dreaded virus, with its poster shows a man carrying his daughter who is infected with the virus shouting. If truly this is how the Federal Ministry of Health warns people to treat infected persons, which means everybody would have contacted the virus. If this movie is now on sale in the market, you would agree that this is just a clear show of shame in the make-believe industry of Nigeria.

Oge Okoye Cry In Public for Samzy Fresh

Fast-rising Nigerian artiste, Ngwoke Samuel better known as Samzy Fresh, in this exclusive interview with Nigeriafilms.com, explains that up and coming artistes in Nigeria have piracy and exuberant fees charged by on-air-personalities to battle with. Read excerpt of the interview below.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Ngwoke Samuel better known as Samzy Fresh. I am from Akaeze, in Ebonyi State. I do hip-hop and R&B. I am the last child of a family of four children from a disciplined Christian home. I fully joined the music industry at the age of 16.

What was your parents stand on your choice of career?

My father, who is late now, was one of the richest farmers in those days and I call him great father. I really missed him a lot and wished he was alive to see me grow. But my mother is alive and she is a trader. While taking a taking up a career in music, they respected my decision and urged me to remain focused. They love what I do.

What is your academic qualification?

I had my primary and secondary school educations in Imo state, but I am yet to gain admission into a university, but hopefully soon.

Tell us some of the projects you have worked on and what you are currently doing?

I just released a new single titled ‘Tonight’. The song is simply about appreciating the beauty of a lady, it's a song you can't resist dancing to.

Which record label are you signed onto?

I am currently not with any record label. I will also love to engage myself to a good one if they come for me and what I have.

Do you think up and coming artistes are embraced before getting fame?

The music industry is very big now and competitive. First, you have to be talented and secondly, God’s grace is needed. I have performed on the same stage with Davido, Banky W, Mike Okri, P-Square, to mention a few and we all are regarded as artistes.

What do you think are the challenges being faced by up and coming artistes in Nigeria?

One of the challenges we face as up and coming artistes is getting our songs on air for airplay on radio and television stations. For someone who is not under any management, the bills are not encouraging at all but we must not give up.

Who charges this money and what is the price range?
The presenters, they charge from N100,000 upwards. That's if you want your song to gain good air play. I am not saying they should talk about you and play your songs for free, but they should also consider good music as well.

After making such payment, how long does song stay on air?
For about two to three months, but I think a good management solves the problems. That's why I am hoping for one.

How many songs have you done so far?
‘Tonight’ is my second single so far. I have so many songs but I don't release songs anyhow, I release and push them.

What inspires your song writing?

I get inspiration from my life style, things that happen around me and God. I have great passion for music.

Do you think you can stand the heat in industry?

Believe me, I can. It's as simple as that.

Why do artistes now sing about booty and females rather than passing a message with their songs?

There are different kinds of people in the world and they all see the need to do different genres of music, but I try to pass a message with my music. There was a time I performed my song ‘Tonight’ recently at Sheraton hotel in Ikeja and popular Nollywood actress, Oge Okoye, was crying on stage. I actually dedicated the song to her, and she couldn't hold her feelings, the next was for her to start crying.

How do you tend to cope considering the bulk of talents in the industry?

Like I said, I am not here because people are making so much money from music. I am into music because I have passion for it and I believe if you meet the needs of people, they will bless you beyond your imaginations like they are doing to me already.

Can you do anything to get to the top like selling your soul?

Chai! Calm down! I have heard many people talking about artistes into ‘this and that’. I am not speaking for anybody, but I cannot play with the soul God gave to me. When I become popular, know that it has been God all the way.

What do you think is the role of government in helping up and coming artistes in Nigeria?

I really think the government should look and see how they can come into the music industry and help stop piracy and not only using us artistes to campaign for elections.

Do you have a female celebrity crush?

I am a very friendly person, and mom always tells me that I should always stay away from trouble, indeed I have crush on some female celebrities but since I am to pick one, I go for actress, Juliet Ibrahim because she is very beautiful and friendly.

Can you marry a celebrity?

I don't think so.

Nollywood Actress, Tessy Oragwa Says " I Can Sleep With Producers For Movie Roles"

A Nollywood actress, Tessy Oragwa, has spoken on the widely talked about affair for movie roles in Nollywood. The gap-toothed actress said it is a personal decision and should not be opened to criticism.According to her, the issue happens in all sectors, but more pronounced in the entertainment industry because celebrities are in the eyes of many. Tessy pointed out that as far as a woman is concerned, she will always be approached by guys and it will be left for her to make a choice of what to do.

“There is no discrimination about that, but don’t make it look like you are being harassed or forced to do what you do not want to do. You have a mind of your own and you are mature enough to take decisions,” she said. The actress also denied ever having such experience, but admitted that any producer approaches her and he is good, she could agree just for fun. “No, I don’t think anybody would want to do such a thing to me. When you approach me and you are good, I might decide to take a decision and have my fun,” she declared.
Do you quite agree with her?

Alibaba Writes "Work hard so that God can bless the work of your hands"

The god father of comedy, Alibaba has taken a time out to write an inspiring and motivational article for Nigerians who wait for God's blessing to come to them without them working hard for it. According to him you have to prepare yourself and work hard if you want your prayers to be answered.

Read his article below

"I believe In God and confess that his grace got me this far. I often hear that I am lucky. Thank God for the luck. I do not disagree. God promised all his children who call on him to PREPARE A TABLE BEFORE THEIR ENEMIES. My prayer and suggestion is that you must bring something to that table (opportunity) that God has provided. I don't think coming to a place God has prepared for you warrants you to not be prepared. You MUST AS A MATTER OF FACT BE MORE PREPARED SO YOU DON'T MAKE GOD REPENT GIVING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY"  "David was provided a table before his enemies. He did not get to the table and then ask God for what cutleries to use in dining. He came prepared. And by came prepared, I mean he already knew how to swing that sling. He also did not learn how to select what kind of stones travel faster and do the most damage when the opportunity presented itself. He had faith in God. And on top of that he knew how to work his sling. He did not come to the battle ground with faith alone."  "In the same way, he did not come praying for a miracle. He came prepared. He was confident and ready. Do you go to a job interview, with only prayers? I pray you get the job. In fact why go for the interview? Just sit at home and pray. You will be called to resume. MSCHEW !!"   "The point I want to make is, the story of the 10 maidens is true, even today. But I guess if that same story were told today, some wise people will say, the 5 maidens who took extra oil, were lucky. Yes. They were lucky to have taken extra oil, just in case the oil in their lamp ran out. That's luck. Not that they prepared for anything. It was plain luck."

"How about, when Jesus turned water to wine? If the miracles Jesus had performed were anything to go by, Did he need water to make wine? Did he need some few loaves of bread and fishes to feed the multitude? I think not. The underlying principle here, in my opinion, is that you must bring something to the table. You can not bring faith alone. Because faith without works is dead!" And that it is the same philosophy that men of God use when they talk about, seed sacrifice. You must bring something to the table. Prayers alone don't build cathedrals. In a sense, all I am saying is that, you must buy a lottery ticket to expect God to make you a lottery millionaire. Your name is not going to be announced as a winner without having a ticket number. I agree that with God all things are possible. Sure thing. @tyler Perry DIDNT sit down waiting for God to make his dreams come to pass. He worked hard. So did many people who succeeded in their various careers. My grouse with all this fast food miracle seeking CHRISTIANS who say amen at the drop or sound of a prayer, is that you can not be expecting a harvest when you did not plant. It will negate the principles that God Almighty himself had set in our universe.Imagine someone going to the library and reading his books... Plus reviewing lecture notes. Then the day of the exams come. He is sitting next to a guy who did not read ( work) but had been praying to pass (miracle). Certain things are a given.

Work hard so that God can bless the work of your hands. God did not say pray hard so he can bless your hopes. If wishes were horses...So let me just say, to all those who read my comments on the purported prayers by the General Overseer of The Redeem Christian Church... That said you were going to be blah blah blah... If you said Amen... Let me repeat here that whoever posted that prayer is in the mould of people I call "blackmail evangelists.  The same types that say if you don't send a certain prayer, again, sometimes from a purported man of God, to 12 people, something terrible will happen to you... Hey!!!!!!! Have we all become such religion junkies, that anything that looks and smells like a prayer is quickly gobbled down with a loud AMEEEEEEEN!Really? Like Really?
I have nothing against being prayerful, hopeful and religious. I am all for that. But beyond that, I STRONGLY BELIEVE that if you want to go to Kano, you either get on a private jet, go to MM2 and buy a ticket, board a bus, trailer, hop on a train or any means of transportation or you had better start trekking. No AMEEEEEEN will take you there. Kano farrrrrr!

"But then again, come to think of it, I am an ordinary Comedian. What do I know sef about matters of faith and the workings in the spiritual hemisphere? It doesn't even matter, that I read Religious Studies and Philosophy (note RELIGIOUS STUDIES... PLURAL)... What do I know?"

Do you agree with him on this one?

Ebola, Prophet Joshua Iginla comments

Prophet Joshua Iginla, the General Overseer of Champions Royal Assembly Church based in Abuja and who earlier predicted the Ebola crisis has said the world is yet to see the worst of Ebola. The Prophet predicted in December 2013 that a certain virus would hit the world says scientists are doing their part and its left for spiritual leaders to come together, so they can take care of the spiritual aspect.

"There is a spiritual undertone to the issue. There is a link between the witchcraft coven and the marine world that lures people into hell and this is what I’m seeing. I am not mincing words. God revealed it to me which I have said that there would be something like a vaccine or hope that would come and it would be discovered by a group of scientists led by a white scientist with a bald head and this research will bring about 10 per cent hope. However, there is hope if spiritual leaders can complement the work of the scientists. As they are putting their heads together, we should also assemble to pray for the world"

However the man of God urged that the most important thing is to turn to God for help "The way out is for us to adhere to measures put in place to prevent it and most important, turn to God"
Do you think he's right?

"I want you to take account of the company you keep not what they look like but their character. Would you leave your mother/kids alone with them and feel confident they are representing you well or would you be ashamed?I see greatness in you, you have to do more than want it but see it in yourself first and work towards it, now get it together, I believe in you, if I can be great you can.
