Jessica and hubby Eric Johnson landed at LAX on Wednesday evening, and while Eric was a bit down, Jessica looked like she was ready to sit down for an on-camera interview. The couple were in New York City, and the previous night they had dinner with Johnson's pal Steve Gleason, a former pro football player who suffers from ALS sufferer.

Simpson posted a pic of the trio together and wrote, "Had an amazing time last night with Eric's good friend, Steve Gleason! Steve apologized for not making it to our wedding, but said he would be there for our 10yr anniversary :) #teamgleason #ALS."
