Confederation of African Football (CAF) Nominates Nigerian Vincent Enyeama, Ahmed Musa, Ivorian Yaya Toure For 2014 CAF African Player Of The Year Awards

This is pretty good as two Nigerians have been nominated by Confederation of African Football (CAF) in this years African Best Players' Award, alongside an Ivorian superstar footballer.

These big names that were nominated in this event are Nigerian goalkeeper and Lille France star 'Vincent Enyeama'  Nigerian forward and CSKA Moscow striker 'Ahmed Musa' and the Biggest of them all is the Ivorian and Manchester City's top-striker 'Yaya Toure'.


It was also reported that Nigerian Home base Ejike Uzoenyi of the Rangers International of Enugu state is the only Nigerian that was shortlisted in the 20-man list for the African-based Player of the year Award.

CAF 2014 African Player Of The Year Awards was announced in Cairo, the Egyptian capital on the 6th of November, and the Award Gala night proper shall take place on the 8th of January 2015, in Lagos Nigeria.
