Atiku Abubakar in sober mood over Kano Mosque Blast

The former Vice President of Nigeria Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has condemned in its entirety the bomb blast that rocked the Kano State Central Mosque yesterday November, 28, 2014.

Alhaji Atiku who spoke through his media office in Abuja, said it was quite devastating to him as a person by the recurrent viciousness being meted to the innocent Nigerians on daily basis by these deadly Boko-Haram terrorists. He stated that the attacks on Churches, Mosques, Schools, Markets, Bus stations, Shopping plazas and other people-crowded spots is inhuman and flout  the ethics and credos of all known religious bodies in the world.

He further stated that his heart bleeds honestly over senseless cruelty brandished to the Nigerian populace by this Boko-Haram insurgents, and called for them to forsake this violence and embrace peace for the good of everyone.

He therefore condoled the government, and people of  Kano state, the Emir of Kano state ' Sanusi Lamido Sanusi', the Emirate families and all those that this bomb explosion affected so badly, and also to the Kontagora, and Maiduguri residents.

He regretted that many Nigerians have acted unconcerned over the activities of the terrorists , which could be predicated on the fact that they do not posses the insight to perceive it. It's quite a melancholy.
