The governor of Rivers State 'Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi' on his Twitter page stated that he's meeting with with University students in Rivers state, educating them on the importance collecting the Permanent Voters Card [PVC] .

He stated further, the PVC is their power to cast their vote, and without which their opinion will not count in the affairs of governance to shape their live and that of the entire Nigerians for a better tomorrow. It was a 3-days
