R-L; Former President of Nigeria, and the Author, Olusegun Obasanjo and his wife Bola
Nigeria's former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, marred the Court orders that was placed against him by President Goodluck Jonathan, and launched his autobiography, which is titled "My Watch" on December, 9, 2014.
This book has been stated to have centered on Olusegun Obasanjo's appraisal of the Nigerian democracy since 1999 when he was elected the first democratic President of the Nigerian nation, until date.

In that book, a critical analysis of the state of affairs by the previous administrations was x-rayed, and it seems that this present administration of the President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has outlined as the most corrupt, weak, and unfit in the path of delivering the dividends of democracy to the people, in order words, dubbed misrule and poor leadership qualities.
From my source, this book "My Watch" made a clear-cut review about almost every aspect of the Leadership system which Nigeria has treaded since the inception of true democracy in 1999, that is 15 years to be precise, and in that assessment, Olusegun Obasanjo, was eloquent to state categorically that the government of President Goodluck Jonathan is nothing to write home about, because of the manner at which he sheds corruption, drawing enemy lines, which often times results to conflicts of interest, and power.
He averred that this current administration does not have the interest of the common Nigeria at heart, considering the kind of bickering, fallaciousness, high rate of degeneracy, inability to probe corrupt officials, empowering unscrupulous elements with the national security, under the aegis of "immunity clause" and taking sides, thereby creating disaffection and disunity among the Nigerian state. All these he alleged to be very degrading to the position of a Presidency, which is the highest office in the land, and such expected or looked upon by the citizenry to be a father-figure both in taking precise decisions, and in the implementation of same.
He bemoaned the rife of corruption witnessed in this administration, and stated that if President Goodluck Jonathan does not halt this ugly trend of tyrant-style-of-leadership, and make a quick turn towards delivering the promises of good leadership, then, it's no conjecture, that the Nigerian democratic state may be steered to an abysmal ruination.
The book launch was greeted with many political heavy-weights within Nigeria, and across African continent.
