Mike Zaltsman, a US business, got jailed in Russia over a broken window. He rented a shop from Russian billionaire, and in the process, they had dispute, and it metamorphosed to a long deadlock, which later got him into prison.
This is quite a harsh treatment over someone, all because of a broken window, well I think this is just a sort of show of power over the other person.
