US Government Threatens Visas Denial To Any Nigerian Who Incites Violence In 2015 Elections #FreeAndFairElections


US Secretary of state, John Kerry exchanged pleasantries with  Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan

The United States government, through its Secretary of State, John Kerry, has charged Nigerians to ensure that February 2015 polls is carried out without any form of violence.

The US Secretary of State maintained that any Nigerian who incites violence during and after the general elections shall stand denial of American Visas, because the US is investing huge sums to ensure that that the February polls emerge free and fair.

John Kerry who met with both President Jonathan and Buhari yesterday in Lagos stated to newsmen that United States of America is watching with keen interest on what will be the outcome of the Nigeria's 2015 elections, and that every Nigerian should endeavor to see to a credible polls.

He enjoined Nigeria to continue its effort on the path of democratic leadership, since it is a form of government that has all citizens in participation. He therefore warned all political office holders to desist from any act of election violence during and after the exercise.
