It was black Monday for the people of Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, following the head on head collision of two vehicles, in which one was a gold-coloured picnic mini bus plying from Calabar and had in it six passengers, and a 14-seater Hiace bus coming from Akwa Ibom State with about 18 passengers in it.
This car accident led to the immediate death of 7 persons, while the other 16 persons died some few minutes later.
It was quite a tragic one. My Condolences to the families affected in this gory accident.

Such a tragedy. Drivers really need to be more careful this time around considering d rowdiness surrounding this season. I really feel for the families of these victims. May their souls RIP
