The High Court in Lagos has charged the State Security Service (SSS) to uncap the All Progressive Congress [APC] Data Center which was earlier sealed.
According to the adjudication given by the Justice Muhammed N. Yunusa over the suit filed by the APC, he commanded the men of the Nigeria Police Force and the SSS to come before the court today being Friday, and that they must make available to the court on the same day the persons they arrested at the APC data center, who according to source have been in detention until yesterday.
The names of the detained persons are; Chinedu Atuche, Fayemi Olaposi, Chika Augustine Onuchukwu, Ebun Ilori and Esther Enemuwe, as well as other member of that office.
