President Obama Exercised Oficial Powers Beyond Frontiers, Republicans Declare

President Barrack Obama last week took a decision that aimed at reshaping the nation's immigration system, but before that executive decision by Mr President, the Homeland security secretary 'Jeh C Johnson' had already called for a meeting to disclose the legal limits through which the president is authorized to reach following the constitution.


Mr Jeh C Johnson, was of the opinion that the President has the legal and constitutional rights to enact laws that can incline the country into a great state, that is by positively affecting millions of  people's lives, by fluctuating the way immigration laws are implemented.

Due to this decision, many of the Republicans were enraged, and the Speaker of the Congress, John A Boehner then said, "We will not stand idle as the president undermines the rule of law in our country". At this point, it is very clear that the Republicans are going to charge the President, while several other persons mainly the conservatives are agitating for the impeachment of the President or a total closure of the government.

It's such a state of jeopardy between the Presidency and the congress, since the Republicans seem to be the majority there, and if things work according to their plans, it may be quite impossible for the President's immigration orders to be effected.
