Tragic: South Africans Give A Heroic Burial To The Captain Of Their National Team "Senzo Meyiwa" Murdered on Sunday, the 25th October, 2014

It is with sad that just yesterday, the South African Nation laid to rest the remains of their own, a promising young man, a 27-year old goalkeeper and captain of the South Africa national team 'Senzo Meyiwa' who got shot at her girlfriend's place by some unknown gunmen on Sunday, the 25th October, 2014.

The SA as a nation laid him to rest today being the 1st of November, 2014 at the Heroes Acre Chesterfield cemetery, with a parade of honor displayed on his behalf, which truly confirms him as a hero. He was given an honor that is rare among any person in the South African country, except for those who died in the fight against apartheid.

A heroic honor being displayed to the late captain at the Moses Mabhida Stadium

It was gathered that over 30,000 persons of both SA national as well as foreigners were seen gathered at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in honor of this fantastic captain of the South African national team just to bid farewell to the great beyond. And his burial came a day after the news of the arrest of the possible suspect for his murder. The young lad survived by three children, and a host of relatives and friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
