The governor of Ondo state, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko has reassured President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of the massive vote of the people of the South West in the General election of February, 14, 2015.
Governor Mimiko stated this while speaking to newsmen at the Banquet hall of the Presidential villa in Abuja yesterday. He also affirmed that though the APC has decided to endorse their Vice Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu from the geopolitical region, to be the running mate of retired General Muhammadu Buhari in the next year's general election, that it will not deter or impede the people of the South West in giving their votes massively to the President.
He therefore reaffirms the support of the entire South West people towards Mr President's second term bidding, so as to enable him consolidate on the progress his administration has achieved so far. He stated his sincere belief in the people of that zone, as people that have been deeply inclined in politics, and they truly know what they want at any given time and day.
