Prison Break Occurred In Ekiti State, Following A Bomb Explosion

Prison break at Ekiti state on Sunday, following a bomb explosion

A bomb explosion reportedly rocked the Ekiti State Prisons in Ado Ekiti, the capital city of the state on Sunday night, which led to a prison break, that had the inmates flee for their freedom and safety, since the security men on guard were seen scampering for safety of their lives.


It was said that about 60 suspected Boko-Haram terrorists stormed the prison at about 10:30pm, and  carried out this attack there to free their members who are inmates in the prison.

The militants shot sporadically, and the sound of the bomb explosion was very intense that no one at the premises would be brave enough to stay back there, and everyone including the security guards left the prisons, in search for a hide out for their precious lives. It was such a gory sight to behold, and it was reported that one person died in that attack.
