She has had a few problems with the eatery lately, so we're not all that surprised she's looking to unload it! Lisa Vanderpump has quietly listed her Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca for an undisclosed amount, report says. The reality star is staying mum on the potential real estate transaction, but Hilton & Hyland, who hold the listing, has been actively showing it and looking at prospective buyers.
It's interesting to note that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star didn't enlist co-star and close pal Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky to sell the place!

The celebrity hotspot was hit with a $100K punitive damage judgement just weeks ago stemming from a lawsuit with former waitress Karina Bustillo. The ex-employee was also awarded another $6K from a sexual harassment lawsuit, so it sounds like the British restauranteur and her husband Ken wanted to protect themselves from any future drama by dumping their lucrative business in someone else's lap!
