Here is a man who got struck by a hit and run driver, but was kept for several hours according the reporter of this news, that while he stayed and waited for the Lagos Team of Emergency response to come, they never showed up until it's midnight. It was said that this man was gasping with breath for over 2-hours, while they put calls to the Emergency dialing numbers '762 and 112' of the Emergency response team, and they never received any response from them, even with no traffic noticed on the roads at that time.
And this leaves many with this critical question "Do we still actually have emergency response team working in Lagos state?
