The beautiful beauty Queen and Nollywood actress, Ufuoma Ejenebor, a mother of 2-year old son, named, Isio Jared McDermott, who got married to her European heartthrob, Steven McDermott, in April, 2010, has revealed that her acting career was quite a serendipity, which was due to the incessant strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
It as a result this, she made a foray into acting, after meeting Zeb Ejiro, a film producer in the Philippines, back then in 2004, owing to the fact that she was in that country to represent Nigeria in the Miss Earth 2004, after emerging the winner of the Miss Commonwealth in that same year.
But by then, she was in her 3rd year at the University of Lagos, where she was majoring in French at that time, but due to the ASUU strike that frequently disrupts Nigerian academic state, she decided to give a call to Zeb Ejiro, who once gave his card to her, and then she was invited to come and feature in a movie role, and the rest was history.
This is how she began a career that made her successful in life. And she finally graduated that same year , after the said strike was called off, and today she also holds Maters in Public and International Affairs including the BA in French language which she acquired back in the day.
